How to beat: Golyat
A precise crossbow bolt to Golyat's eye kills him instantly. Crossbow skills that slow time while aiming or give you an extra shot before reloading make this easier, and a Northern Wind bomb can freeze him in place for a clean shot. Right after he finishes an overhead slam with his club, you can use the auto-aim shot without manual aiming. For a regular fight, use ogroid oil and Quen.
About
Golyat is a giant from Blood and Wine whom Geralt and three knights meet on the way into Toussaint, at the Dulcinea windmill. Legend says he was once a knight, Luis Alberni, who broke his vows and was transformed by the Lady of the Lake. He devoured shepherds and sheep alike and fought with a millstone from a ruined windmill as a club.
