How to beat: Hound of the Wild Hunt
Hounds fight like wolves or wild dogs and hunt in packs, so do not let them surround you; slow the closest ones with Yrden and break away when needed. Their icy nature makes Igni very effective, while Axii weakens them only for a moment. Back off when they start forming ice spikes, as attacking through them will hurt you. If you catch several in one Yrden circle, throw a Dragon's Dream bomb and ignite the gas with Igni. Elementa oil and Dimeritium bombs are also listed weaknesses.
About
Hounds of the Wild Hunt are feral beasts that run alongside the spectral riders and are said to be born of magical ice. They mindlessly attack whatever crosses their path, trying to knock victims down and tear them apart, and badly wounded hounds fly into a frenzy. They can freeze the ground and raise sharp ice spikes, and they grow stronger in extreme cold.
Loot
Possible drops – not every kill yields all of them.
