Coat your silver sword with Necrophage oil before engaging. Igni is listed among their weaknesses, so use it to soften them up between sword strikes.

About

Mucknixer is the name people give to a dangerous variety of drowner that looks different from its common kin. Many believe these creatures rise from people who drowned in shallow water or bogs, but they are in fact another relic of the Conjunction of the Spheres. They can be found in Velen, Novigrad and Skellige.
