How to beat: Water hag
A water hag can dive into the mud and burst out right next to you, so keep moving and watch where it surfaces. Cast Yrden where it emerges to slow it down and get a window for several silver sword strikes coated with Necrophage oil. Keep your eyes on it when it scoops up mud, because it throws blinding mud balls with great accuracy and they are best dodged early. Igni works well, though rain weakens it, while Northern Wind freezes the hag and leaves it open to blows. Quen helps absorb its heavy swipes, and Axii can briefly stun it for a few free hits.
About
Water hags are tall, hunched necrophages with corpse-grey skin, seaweed-like hair and long hooked claws, and they stink of mud and fish. They haunt the marshes and riverbanks of the North, often sharing hunting grounds with drowners. Despite their bulk they move through water and even thick mud with surprising ease.
Loot
Possible drops – not every kill yields all of them.
