How to beat: Big Bad Wolf
The Big Bad Wolf fights exactly like a common werewolf and should be handled the same way. The difference is that he is a real wolf rather than a cursed human, so coat your sword with Beast oil instead of Cursed oil. He also does not regenerate health. A Devil's Puffball bomb is another effective option.
About
The Big Bad Wolf is a large, wolf-like humanoid living in the Land of a Thousand Fables, an illusory realm created by Artorius Vigo and based on folk tales. He once played with the duke's daughters, acting out the story of the red-hooded girl and her grandmother, but he degenerated along with the rest of the fable land. Geralt and Syanna find him nursing a hangover and have to make him play out his tale to get a magic bean he holds.
