Weaknesses

From the in-game bestiary, cross-checked on: Witcher Wiki, Game8, Fextralife

How to beat: Chort

Chorts rely on raw speed and strength, pummeling and clawing their prey and charging so fast they can barely control themselves. A stand-up fight is a bad idea, so bait the charge, roll aside and let it crash into an obstacle, then cut into its flanks while it recovers. Coat your silver sword with Relict oil. A Devil's Puffball bomb is another option, since dragging the chort through the toxic cloud poisons it. It is not especially weak to fire, but burning hurts it badly, and due to its size and stance Aard barely affects it.

About

Chorts are relicts, smaller relatives of fiends, but still among the most dangerous monsters of the old, dark forests of Velen, Skellige and Kaer Morhen. Folk tales confuse them with sylvans and credit them with speech and harmless pranks, but real chorts move on four legs, communicate only with grunts and destroy farms, devouring livestock and people alike. Their bodies regenerate wounds quickly.

Loot

Possible drops – not every kill yields all of them.
