How to beat: Grottore
Igni works best, since Grottore is vulnerable to burning but resists Aard. Its blows cannot be parried, so dodge between its strikes rather than trading hits. It teleports during combat, but where it will reappear is predictable; give it room afterwards, as it follows the teleport with a burst attack. Coat your silver sword in relict oil, and a Dimeritium bomb is also among its listed weaknesses.
About
Grottore is a strong spriggan from Blood and Wine that unusually made its den in the caves of Toussaint, which earned it its nickname. Beauclair knights often spoke of it as a source of glory, though few wanted to face it. It can teleport, controls tree roots with primeval magic and is covered in bark-like hide, yet silver still harms it.
