How to beat: Red Miasmal
The miasmal fights much like a leshen, but instead of wolves it summons undead plague victims to help it. Coat your silver sword with Specter oil, as you would against any specter. Once it is weakened, trap it with Yrden and use Aard to drive it out of its host's body, which opens it up to attack. Drinking Reinald's Philter beforehand strengthens your Signs for this fight.
About
The red miasmal is a unique specter added in the next-gen update, sealed away in the caves of Devil's Pit. Unlike a plague maiden, which was once human, a miasmal is an evil force born from the collective suffering of plague victims. It possesses human bodies to gain physical form, and a witcher's resilience makes him an ideal host.
