How to beat: Scurver
A scurver fights much like a rotfiend, so dodge its swipes and punish with a silver sword coated in Necrophage oil. The danger comes at the end: when nearly dead it freezes in place and then explodes, flinging its spines in all directions. As soon as it stops attacking, cast Quen or quickly get far away, because on higher difficulties this blast can be lethal. Strong enough hits can also make it explode instantly, so effects that trigger instant kills at close range are best avoided.
About
Scurvers are larger cousins of rotfiends from Blood and Wine, covered in rotting flesh and sharp bony spines. They feed on old corpses in forgotten graveyards, torture sites and old battlefields in Toussaint, usually underground. They are very aggressive and quickly crawl to the surface when they smell a living human.
Loot
Possible drops – not every kill yields all of them.
