How to beat: Venomous arachas
This arachas coats its pincers and fangs in venom, squirts it at you from range and sprays it around itself in close combat, so even the air near it is poisonous. Drink Golden Oriole before engaging it up close. It is best softened up from a distance with bombs and the crossbow. Close in with a silver sword coated in Insectoid oil only once the gas sac on its back has been emptied, to avoid a spray of poison.
About
The venomous arachas is an especially toxic breed of arachas, found around Novigrad and on Skellige. A few drops of its venom can kill a man, and even a witcher's mutations only protect against small doses. Like other arachasae, it uses prehensile feelers to seize and hold its prey.
