How to beat: Garkain

Treat the garkain like other vampires: drink Black Blood before the fight and coat your silver sword in vampire oil. Expect it to stay at a distance and leap in to attack, so be ready to dodge as it lands. Samum and Moon Dust bombs work well against it and help break up its mental attacks.

About

The garkain is a lesser vampire found in Toussaint, so hideous that its appearance alone can stun the people who see it. It often leads packs of other lesser vampires, and although it can barely run, it covers huge distances with leaps and likes to keep its foes at range while hitting them with a mind-clouding psychic blast.
