Protofleders are primitive relatives of fleders that came to our world from the realm of the higher vampires during the Conjunction of the Spheres. They are strong and agile and give off a red glow that fades when they die. In Blood and Wine they live only in the cave of Hen Gàidh, whose atmosphere closely resembles their home world.
Protofleder is a monster from the vampire class in The Witcher 3. It appears in the Blood and Wine expansion. It is vulnerable to: Vampire oil, Black Blood. Where to find it: Hen Gàidh cave in Toussaint. Loot includes Vampire fang, Vampire saliva, Monster blood, Monster bone and 8 more. It appears in the quest What Lies Unseen.

How to beat: Protofleder
Protofleders regenerate quickly, so weaken that ability with Vampire oil on your silver sword and Black Blood. Then wear them down with dodges, Igni and fast attacks.
