How to beat: Siren
Sirens hunt in flocks, swooping in to slash with claws and tails and switching between sea and sky as they surround their prey. Aard, Grapeshot or the crossbow will knock a flying siren down, and you can also counter one as it dives, grounding and badly wounding it. A siren on the ground is open to a finishing blow, so do not hesitate. They are especially vulnerable to Igni, and your silver sword should be coated with Hybrid oil. A wounded siren can let out a stunning screech while her sisters dive in to cover her escape.
About
Sirens are hybrid monsters that lure sailors by taking the form of beautiful women with silver-scaled tails, then reveal fang-filled, fish-like jaws and sharp talons once a victim is within reach. They move as easily through water as through the air and live along the coasts of Velen and Novigrad, with Skellige as a major breeding ground.
