How to beat: Slyzard Matriarch
Force the matriarch to land with the crossbow or Aard before trying to fight her. A Grapeshot bomb can knock her down or make her stagger. Coat your silver sword with Draconid oil, and keep Quen up to cover a missed dodge or a heavy hit.
About
The slyzard matriarch is a female slyzard from Blood and Wine, found in Toussaint. Slyzards breathe fire, strike with a venomous spiked tail, bite and claw, and can knock prey down with a sonic blast. They are smaller and weaker than dragons, but a female in mating season or guarding freshly laid eggs is far more dangerous than usual.
