How to beat: Royal wyvern
A single blow from a royal wyvern can be deadly, so above all avoid its charge. Whenever it takes to the air to dive at you, force it down with the crossbow, Grapeshot or Aard. Coat your silver sword with Draconid oil, and Golden Oriole is also listed among its weaknesses.
About
The royal wyvern is a larger, more aggressive and venomous breed of wyvern that is not afraid even of crowds of peasants armed with pikes and pitchforks, especially while feeding. One such beast in Velen learned to lurk by the roadside and ambush military supply wagons, growing so large that it looked more like a dragon than a wyvern.
